Twyla's Friends is a foster home based adoption organization. We care for lost and abandoned dogs in foster homes until we're able to place them in a permanent home.
We are about responsible placement of these rescued animals and about responsible pet ownership!

Adoption steps
- Submit Application
- please read our adoption requirements (https://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process) and then fill out an application on our website.
- Meet the Pet
- Once your application has been approved you will be contacted to setup a meet and greet with your family and the foster dog and family
- Home Check
- We will bring the dog for a home visit and complete the contract and start the trial adoption period
Additional adoption info
We are a foster based rescue group without a shelter or kennel facility, all of our dogs are housed in private homes of volunteers. Our Adoption Process begins with an application on our website: http://www.twyla.org/adopt/our-adoption-process
Our Adoption fee is $250 ($300 for puppies) All our animals have been thoroughly vetted nd are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed, heartworm tested and microchipped.
