We do require you fill out an adoption application. To expedite the process, please bring with you, your veterinarians name and phone number, proof of home ownership, or if renting a current copy of your lease stating you are permitted to have a pet. Two names and phone numbers for references, and if interested in a particular dog, and you already have a dog, bring along your dog, to introduce the two. This is required before the adoption process can be completed.
