PACC is a small animal rescue group based in Franklin, Virginia. We are strictly volunteer and specialize in mixed breed rescue, low cost spay/neuter, and animal welfare issues. PACC can always use volunteers and/or donations.

PACC serves the Franklin/Southampton Area of Virginia but adopts all over the United States.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process is very thorough. We try to find the best possible home for each of our pets. The adoption process consists of submitting an adoption application, an interview to meet the pet(s), a vet check, a landlord check, and a home visit. An adoption contract is required for every pet.
