Rescue FAQs

We are a no kill, not-for-profit org., dedicated to the welfare of all animals. We operate entirely by the help of volunteers. We recieve no monetary support from the country and rely solely on donated funds and grants. We provide safe shelter, medical treatment, healthy food, love and daily care for the animals. We provide a spay/neuter program for the elderly and income assisted residents. We provide "Food 4 Paws" for the meals on wheels program.
Most all of our animals come from Anson County, NC. The animals live in Foster Homes in Anson, Union and Mecklenburg while waiting for their fur-ever homes.

Additional adoption info

We require an approved application which is available via our website and signed contract when the pet is adopted. Please contact us for any questions and our adoption fees through our website. If the animal is not already spayed/neutered, you will receive a voucher to a local vet to have the animal altered. This is covered in the adoption fee.
