Rescue FAQs

Bostons by the Bay is a non-profit Boston Terrier rescue organization. We take in both purebred Bostons and Boston mixes from shelters and owners who are no longer able to keep their dogs. Each dog is special to us and we take great care in finding them the best possible home. All dogs receive a full veterinary exam which includes any needed vaccinations, spay/neuter, heartworm/fecal tests, microchip, and any other medical attention required.

Additional adoption info

Potential adopters must complete our application and allow us to visit their home prior to placement. We charge an adoption fee to help offset our veterinary expenses. The fee varies depending on the age and temperment of the dog.
