Additional adoption info

Animal Placement Bureau's standard adoption fee is $250. Our adoption process includes an application, personal and vet reference checks, and a home visit. We do not ship dogs under any circumstances.

We do not have a facility; all of our dogs are fostered in private homes. To view our dogs, please check our calendar on our front page for the dates of our next Pet Parade. Appointments outside of Pet Parade to visit our dogs are only available after an application has been filled out, and processing has begun.

Please be kind to our volunteers. E-mail inquiries will be answered much faster than phone inquiries; our phone number is a voice mailbox only.

If you'd like to apply to adopt one of our dogs, please fill out the online application.
