Rescue FAQs

One Critter Atta Time Aniaml Rescue primarily pulls animals from high-kill shelters that don't have high adoption rates. We are also willing to take in pregnant or nursing animals and hertworm positive dogs. In order to take a litter from a private citizen, they muct surrender the mother with the litter or have proof of spay for the mother animal.
We will adopt to anyone willing and able to travel to North Carolina to meet and adopt the pet they are interested in. We require that you fill out an application before contacting us about an animal. Your application must be approved in order to set up a meeting with the animal.
