A.A.R.F. is a non-profit organization consisting of volunteers and foster homes specializing in animal rescue, rehabilitation, spay/neuter and re-homing dogs and cats in need.
Putnam, Cumberland, Overton, White, and surrounding counties in the Upper Cumberland region of Middle Tennessee. We also transport dogs to the New England area for adoption. Cookeville, Crossville, Baxter, Gainesboro, Livingston, Sparta, Monterey, Algood and other towns in TN
