Shelter FAQs

The mission of the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast is to provide compassionate care and to nurture the bond between people and pets.
We are the only Humane Society and "Open Admission" animal shelter in Martin County. We were founded in 1955 and have over 53 humane educations programs as well as a donation based spay/neuter unit called the "AniMobile" which completed over 700 surgeries last year. We support Martin County residents.
