Rescue FAQs

RRUS is an all volunteer, non-profit, 501c3 organization dedicated to the rescue, fostering, rehabilitatling and rehoming of Rhodesian Ridgebacks. We are committed to educating the public about Ridgebacks and dog care.
Our adoptable dogs are located across the US. We do not ship or fly dogs. Adopters are required to travel to the dog.

Additional adoption info

Please visit our website www.rrus.org and fill out an adoption application. One of our volunteers will contact you to discuss the adoption process, which will include a home check. This may take some time so please be patient. Our adoption donations range from 200.00 to 700.00 depending on the age of the dog and if it is pure bred.
