Adoption Policy: The adopted pet must be unconditionally loved and given a good home. Arkansas State law requires that all adopted pets must be neutered before being placed in the new home. The adoption fee will include the veterinary charges for this surgery. Adoption Fees: Adoption fees vary depending on whether or not special transportation arrangements are required.
