Rescue FAQs

NAVC Adopts is a small foster/adoption program offering adult dogs for adoption. Most dogs enter the adoption program from the College of Veterinary Medicine or after "teaching" advanced laboratory courses to experienced veterinarians and vet techs at NAVC. They "teach" such courses as ultrasound, laproscopic spay, and endoscopy. Unfortunately, we do not have room to accept dogs from the public. Thank you everyone! Half the dogs found homes already! The others are still looking for just the right home.

Additional adoption info

No fees required. Applications, questionaires and home visits may be required. All dogs are current on the vaccinations, heartworm free, spayed or neutered and microchipped.
