We adopt to all of Chicagoland and parts of Indiana and Wisconsin.
Additional adoption info
An adoption application and a home visit is required prior to adoption. Our adoption fee is $300 which covers veterinary exam, spay/neuter, vaccines, deworming/fecal check, microchip, and heartworm test (if old enough). Hope 4 Paws Rescue holds the right to refuse any application if not found suitable to adopt. Upon being approved, if we do not feel that the dog you are interested in is compatible with your lifestyle, we will try to find you another dog that fits your family!
