An application to meet or adopt is required before scheduling an appointment or providing our address or directions. Other requirements are approval of application; adoption fees and contract. Adoption fees are tax deductible donations payable via PayPal or check made to Fairy Dogmother Rescue & Rehab, Inc. Cash is accepted also. Fees for long distance adoptions are payable thru PayPal (small service fee applies). Adoption fees are donations that support the rescue and make it possible to save, house, provide vet care and find homes for as many small dogs as possible. Fees provide for all the 50+ dogs at Fairy Dogmother, not just the dog being adopted. Most fees are $450 (seniors, some big dogs or long timers could be lower). All FDM dogs are safe on premises until adopted, are spayed or neutered, fully vaccinated, maintained on monthly heartworm and flea preventive. There is no time limit for adoption.
