The Homeless Pet Placement League is an all-foster non-profit animal welfare group doing pet adoptions in the Clear Lake area of Houston.
City of Houston, Harris/Fort Bend/Montgomery/Galveston/Brazoria Counties

Additional adoption info

HPPL is a foster care rescue and rehabilitation organization for stray and abandoned animals. Since our animals are in foster homes, we show them on Saturdays at the Webster Petsmart (1549 W Bay Area Blvd), and at the Adoption Center at the Webster Petsmart during the week (cats only).
