The Animal Support Project, Inc.

The Animal Support Project was formed in 2005 after several volunteers assisted with the devastation of Huricane Katrina. Since that time, we have rescued many dogs and cats from hurricane ridden areas, supported local families in need, assisted with puppy mill raids, etc. Our main goal is to help families so they are able to keep their pets. We assist with behavioral issues and training to rectify the issue and, thereby, animal remains with their family instead of being surrendered to a shelter. We are an all volunteer group and survive solely on donations from so many animal loving people.

The Animal Support Project is located in the Pittstown area. We service the surrounding area as well as other states as needed. We also assist during any natural or man-made disaster.
