Rescue FAQs

Black Dog Animal Rescue is Wyoming's
largest rescue. We are working together to ensure a better future for the pets and people of Wyoming.

The mission of Black Dog Animal Rescue is to promote, provide, and advocate for the needs of companion animals.

Our dog adoption program is foster-home based, which means that all of our adoptable dogs live off-site with a volunteer foster family. Most cats are kept at our facility and can be visited anytime during regular business hours.
For information about Black Dog Animal Rescue, please visit our website at www.bdar.org. There is great information about the organization's programs and services under the "About" tab.
