Rescue FAQs

We are a network of foster homes that care for cats and dogs that are stray or abandoned, given up for adoption, and born of unspayed cats and dogs. Our rescue is a division of Planned PEThood of Georiga, Inc. which operates as a spay/neuter clinic. Planned PEThood of Georgia's mission it to help pets and the people who care for them by providing innovative programs and affordable services that save lives.

Additional adoption info

Prospective adopters are required to fill out an application asking if everyone in the household is in agreement to adopting a pet, ages of household members, other pets in household, and where the animal will stay. References are required. All of our pets are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, tested for diseases, and microchipped. Our adoption fee is $120 for a kitten ($200 for two), $90 for a cat older than 5 months. Dog adoption fees are $300
