Rescue FAQs

We started out in about 2005 when a family came to us wanting help to place their yellow lab. we have learned so much since then and have placed several pets into good homes. We have been official since 2007.
We serve those that need us. We do what we can to help find homes for your loved pets in the case of a move. But we specialize in taking in the pregnant moms ot be orphans and pups that people no longer want to care for after finding they are more work than they realized. We encourage everyone to spay and neuter their pets. We do however REQUIRE all pets adopte to be spay/neutered.

Additional adoption info

We require an application so that we can get to know you and your family. we use this to also contact you if we don't hear back on spay/neuter or if we get a call on the microchip. We have an adoption contract. Adoptions fees are $100 or less based on age of pet for adoption.
