Rescue FAQs

We rehabilitate and socialize basset hounds and mixes thereof in order to help them find a permanent home in which they will easily integrate. Specializing in bassets of all ages, we do have young to the perfect seniors and everything in between.
The only Rehabilitation and Socialization center for basset hounds in the country, Daphneyland is unique! Serving Los Angeles, Ventura, Antelope Valley, Kern & the Central Valley Daphneyland and Golden Empire Basset Rescue networks with basset rescue groups statewide, our facility is open by appointment only to approved applicants.

Additional adoption info

Adoption application is available on our website. Fees for adoption are listed by age on the adoption application. An adoption agreement is required after appropriate screenings which may require a home check, vet check and interview process.
