Additional adoption info

The adoption fee for dogs/puppies is $85.00. This fee includes:
Spay or neuter
Heartworm testing
2 DHLP/PC vaccinations, 3 if very young puppies and rabies vaccination
Worming and dipping
Microchipping and/or tattoing
Sometimes the adoption fees are reduced if the pet comes in already spayed or neutered. Sometimes the adoption fee may be higher than the regular fee if the pet requires more veterinary care. References, from your vet and local shelter, animal control agency, or rescue group, are required for non-local adopters. Our shelter strives to make sure that each animal goes to a permanent, responsible and loving home. Pets are not ready to go home the same day. All pets are spayed or neutered before they are allowed to go home. Please call to check on the availabilty of a specific pet, not all pets listed are at the shelter, some are in foster homes.

Spay or neuter
Feline leukemia testing
2 CVR-C and Leukemia vaccinations and rabies vaccination
Worming, check for ear mites & treatment, and flea treatment
Microchipping and/or tattooing
