Our adopters tell us that our professional staff are warm, friendly, informative and patient as they assist adopters in finding a furever match. Our mission is to help you find a pet that meets your expectations and lifestyle. You’re invited to visit with a prospective pet in one of our "Meet N' Greet" rooms. We also offer "Meet N' Greets" for adopters wishing to introduce a current dog to a potential new playmate. Adoption Fees & Process See current fees at www.yakimahumane.org The adoption fees help offset the cost of evaluation, housing, feeding and medical care for the thousands of animals that need our help. We do our best to keep adoption prices reasonable while generating income to support our goal of caring for animals available for adoption until we can place them in a loving home. Adoption fees help provide medical care, food and shelter to the animals in our care.
