1. Complete an adoption application at: http://www.smalldogsminnesota.org/adoptionConfirm.cfm 2. Allow up to 10 days for SDR to process your adoption application. It will be reviewed by an SDR representative and references will be checked. 3. If the application is aproved, a home visit will be conducted to ensure a good match with the applicant & the dog. 4. If SDR determines a good match has been made, an adoption contract between the adopter and SDR will be completed. An adoption fee + applicable MN state sales tax are due at the time the contract is signed.
