Rescue FAQs

We do not ship animals. We do accept applications for out of state adoptions but the potential adopter needs to drive to meet the animal. Also if for any reason the animal needs to be returned the adopter has to drive the animal back to us.

Additional adoption info

Amanda Connection requires all families who are interested in meeting a listed pet to complete an application for review before meeting the pet. Cats are adopted out for inside home only and NO DECLAW ALLOWED. Cat adoption fees are $125. If a kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered then it is the responsibility of the owner to either return the kitten to us when it is old enough or to have the animal spayed or neutered At there vet and pay the cost. We refund $50 after proof is submitted. Seniors are placed with a donation to the right family.

Dog adoption fees are listed in the write up and are based on age, medical expenses and whether it is a purebred or a lovable mix.
