Our goal is to rescue as many stray and homeless animals as possible out of the shelter environment and place them into stable, loving and responsible homes. Any problems, do not hesitate - just call us - we are here to help. Once you fill out and return this application to us, a representative of our organization will review and upon approval, will contact you and arrange a meeting with the animal that you are interested in adopting. Please be advised that we do not adopt our animals on a "first come, first served" basis, but rather make every attempt to match families with the right animal that suits their desires and lifestyle. Adopting a new pet is a long-term commitment, but one that is worthwhile and rewarding. Save Our Strays Fort Bend appreciates you wanting to give a second chance to these wonderful animals who somehow have lost their way and provide them with a new path in life. The adoption fee is $150.00 for dogs and $85.00 for cats. These fees help to defray the costs of spaying/neutering, testing, vaccinating, and micro-chipping.
