BARC is a non-profit (501C3) all volunteer group dedicated to animal welfare. Our main focus is to reduce euthanasia by promoting and providing spay/neuter surgeries for pets of low-income families. BARC offers a one-of-a-kind spay/neuter program called the Furry Fix. To contact BARC about fixing your pet, please email: barcspay@aol.com
BARC has a low cost spay/neuter program for pets of low income families. Our program is open to anyone who can show proof of government assistance or low income in Missouri and Illinois. To contact BARC about fixing your pet, please email: barcspay@aol.com
