The adoption application in a summary, consists of giving: -two personal references so we can be confident that you will be a good pet parent -Household information: rent or own -Landlord's name and number -Number of household members -Any allergies -Pet History -Name and number of current veterinarian -Why you would like to adopt -Do you accept the responsibilities of being a pet parent Our adoptable cats medical history: All our cats are rabies vaccinated, spayed/neutered, up to date on shots, FeLV tested, and vet checked And we try to match them up with a perfect accepting home and to know if they tolerate children, dogs, and know their personalities to see if they are the one for your home as a family!
