- Meet the PetAll members of the household be present for the meet-and-greet including dog(s) if adopting a dog. Show copy of rental agreement.
- Submit ApplicationFrom www.friendsofuplandanimalshelter.org, click on "Adopt a Dog" or "Adopt a Cat", find the animal you want to adopt and submit application
- Pay FeeOnce adoption is approved, pay the fee and arrange to take the pet home.
