Rescue FAQs

SOAPS promotes and educates communities to improve animal welfare. We offer a reduced spay/neuter program, a feral cat program, a foster care program and assist animal shelters in 4 counties through donations of supplies and volunterr service. We also maintain petfinder lists for animals in each of these locations.

Additional adoption info

Our SOAPS Foster Program has some wonderful cats and dogs for adoption. We do have an application for potential adopters. Our priority is to find great homes for these animals. Our adoption fee is only $65. This includes necessary medical care, spay/neuter and shots up to 6 months of age.
