Rescue FAQs
Fuzzy Butts Rescue was started by a small group of volunteers dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of neglected/homeless dogs and cats. We make the committment to each animal to resolve any health or behavioral issues and to find the best home for his/her particular needs. We are not a shelter - all of our rescues are kept in our own homes or in foster homes. Our goal is to keep animals off of the streets and out of the kill shelters. Our long term goal is to educate the public about the necessity of spaying /neutering and that animals are family members not an object that can be disposed of or mistreated.

We have a strict adoption process we prefer to follow. Just so we can ensure the best possible home/ match for our furry friends. Application, meet and greet, home evaluation then the final step is contract.
