~AS OF 5/16/2011 PMAR IS A 501 (c) (3) ORGANIZATION~ Pibbles & More Animal Rescue (PMAR) is a home based Rescue working out of our homes. Pibbles and More Animal Rescue, Inc. is a foster based rescue located in Binghamton, NY. We are made up of fosters and volunteers who not only generously give their time but give of themselves. It is together through the collaboration of dedicated volunteers that we rescue dogs in NYC as well as from other states that use gas chambers for euthanasia. The majority of dogs we rescue are pit bulls but we do rescue all breeds. We are in dire need of foster homes in NYC, Long Island, Upstate NY, NJ, CT, PA, Vermont, Mass, NH, RI, NC, VA, SC and Georgia.
