Rescue FAQs

Forgotten Tails is a small group of dedicated animal lovers that are working towards a goal of no more homeless pets. We foster out of our homes and also have others that are dedicated to helping this group grow. We would not be able to function without the many hours that our foster homes and volunteers put in. We are always looking for more people willing to open their homes temporarily to a foster pet or even just help with events to help place these animals.
We serve the DFW area mostly.

Additional adoption info

Our fees for adult dogs is $200 and for puppies it is $220. Our fees for cats and kittens is $100. We do have an application process and also a contract that is signed prior to adoption. We also require home visits before animals are adopted out.
