Rescue FAQs

We are a 501C Non-profit rescue that pulls from private citizens who are unable to care for their dog. Also, we have a Promise for Puppies Program in which we take unwanted litters and spay the mother dog absolutely free. . We also have a low income, low cost spay/neuter program. Since 2009, we have rescued and placed over 4000 dogs.
Ohio County, Kentucky is our main focus. We do out-of-area adoptions to pre-qualified homes. We have USDA approved transport to the northeast states. Transport fee is not included in the adoption fee.
