{ATTENTION ALL: We will be moving shortly and I can not take in any additional cats or kittens at this time.} I started as an individual adopter of homeless pets, many from high kill shelters on the "Urgent" list. Eventually I could no longer take in more of my own and I began to foster for other rescue groups. I am an active volunteer with the Sumner Spay Neuter Alliance and began acting as a foster to socialize rescued strays as well as pulling from shelters. It finally evolved into my own rescue, which is now Kitty City. It was necessary to be able to post listings for the available adoptable cats on online web sites. We did not get enough exposure from fliers and newspaper ads and all of the furr-babies at Kitty City deserve to find a forever home as soon as possible. My dream is to someday have a cat sanctuary.
