Palm Valley Animal Society (PVAS) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit animal welfare organization operating out of two facilities in Edinburg, TX and providing services for three municipalities in Hidalgo County, as well as the county at-large. PVAS serves approximately 30,000 animals on behalf of 750,000 residents each year, and is working to reach “no-kill” status, broadly defined as saving 90% or more of the animals that enter our care.
Palm Valley Animal Society provides services for the following municipalities in Texas: Edinburg, Hidalgo County, McAllen, and Palmhurst.

Stop by either facility (Andrews is located at 2451 N. US Expressway 281, Edinburg TX and Trenton is located at 2501 W. Trenton Rd, Edinburg, TX) Sunday - Thursday from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm and Friday - Saturday 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm to meet your perfect match!
