Rescue FAQs

We are a non-profit Veterinary Hospital exclusively serving rescue organizations and municipal shelters. Our hospital is full service and performs anything from basic wellness care to hospitalization, spay/neuter, dental cleanings, orthopedic repairs, and beyond!

In addition to our veterinary hospital, we also maintain a foster based rescue organization that rescues, heals, and finds forever homes for approximately 100 dogs and cats a year.
Our nonprofit rescue vet clinic is located in Plano, Texas. However, we service rescues and save animals from all over the DFW region.

Adoption steps

  1. Submit Application
  2. Interview
An adoption counselor will contact you to discuss the best fit for your family and will conduct a simple veterinary reference.
  3. Meet the Pet
  4. Home Check
    This is often done virtually.
  5. Sign Adoption Contract
  6. Pay Fee
  7. Take the Pet Home

Additional adoption info

To adopt one of our animals you must fill out application, references will be checked, and a home visit is required. Upon approval of application for adoption, you must sign an adoption contract and the donation to adopt is $250 for dogs, $175 for cats.
