There is a $5.00 adoption fee for spayed/neutered pets.
Adoption fee of $50.00 for unspayed/uneutered pets that includes a state spay/neuter certificate. We have a adoption questionnaire that includes what Veterinarian you have used in the past (that we do call to verify), if you rent (your landlords phone # to ensure you are allowed pets, how many pets you currently own, etc. We do check on all questions asked before we adopt out.
