Rescue FAQs

We will adopt to out of state families, but we will under no circumstances ship a dog. Anyone adopting outside of our area, will have to make arrangements to pick the dog up. We will be happy to work on getting a transport set up for an animal being adopted. We do work with other rescues and have transports going pretty much most weekends.

Additional adoption info

Find a an animal that you think you would like to adopt, contact a FFFC&R representative and set up a meet and greet. A fenced yard is a must, some exceptions can be made depending on the situation. Once you and the animal have met and you both are happy with each other, we will do an adoption contract and collect the adoption fee. If for some reason the animal does not work out for you or at anytime you can no longer keep the animal, you must return it to FFFC&R. The animal can not be given to anyone else without consent of an FFFC&R rep. , nor can the animal be taken to a shelter.
