Heavens Safe Haven Cat Rescue Is a NO kill Rescue. We are dedicated to saving the lives of homeless abused and neglected felines. We provide SAFE shelter, food and medical care to both Stray, Feral, and Owner Relinquished cats. We focus on Rescue, Foster Care, and Veterinary Care for Felines in East TN These Felines receive temporary homes by us until we can find through our Adoption efforts good safe stable forever homes. We want to be a valuable resource to our community, as we believe that one person CAN make a difference in the life of an animal in need. So as an organization we utilize our strengths to be able to help more animals.
