At Parma Animal Shelter, we do not adopt our animals out as gifts or surprises. We believe that adopting a pet is a significant commitment and should be a well-considered decision. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse any adoption to ensure the best match for both the animal and the adopter. All of our animals are microchipped, tested for disease, vaccinated, spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and internal parasites, and given lots of loving care during their stay with us. We are dedicated to meeting their medical needs and do our best to socialize them. If you have questions about any of our cats, please feel free to email us at catadoptions@parmashelter.org. Our volunteers are more than happy to provide information about their personalities and any recommendations for the best home environment possible for each individual animal.
