Rescue FAQs

Founded by Jenny an English woman who found her way to Texas on 14th February 2011 in San Antonio, Texas we saved dogs from the high kill shelters in Texas. In July 2015, Jenny relocated herself and the rescue to the beautiful state of Maine, it's weather and people much like that of her home in Northern England. We still save dogs from the high kill shelters in Texas where dogs have just 3 days to be saved. We vet them, they have veterinary examination and are issued with health certificates and then transported to the rescue in Sebec, Maine.lso.
North Eastern USA and Canada. Saving dogs from the high kill shelters in Texas where they have just 3 days to be adopted or saved before they are killed. Transported using DOT approved, animal loving organisations to transport our saved dogs up from Texas to the rescue in Sebec, Maine.
