Rescue FAQs

We started this small rescue in rememberance that rescue work is strictly about the dogs. We do our best to help save as many dogs as we can with our limited resourses. We can always use volunteers and Foster homes to help us accommplish this task. Any donations would be greatly appreciated as well from $5 to $500 and they all go to helping more dogs.
We are a small Siberian Husky Rescue in Central Florida. We try to service any many cities as we can with adoptions and in-takes. We mostly take dogs in from shelters across the state and make sure they have all their medical care done. They stay in Foster homes until a suitable adopter is found. No one is paid at Husky Haven of Florida. All monies received by Husky Haven is used to help save more dogs.

Additional adoption info

An adoption application must be submitted via our website that requests basic personal information, Veterinarian Reference, and personal references. A home visit will be required of all adopters. We limit adoptions to the state of Florida only. Our adoption donations range from $125 to $400 depending on the age and breed of the dog.
