Hospice of Green Country is dedicated to providing compassionate and quality end-of-life care to patients and families, regardless of ability to pay. Our Pet Peace of Mind(PPOM) Program serves our patient's who have pets that are unable to maintain routine health care and nutrition for their animal companions due to medical expenses or caregiver disability. Sometimes our PPOM Program is asked to find forever homes for patient's pets after the patient has passed away. We ONLY find homes for our PATIENT'S PETS. We do NOT take in stray pets.
