Rescue FAQs

We are Grand Prairie Animal Rescue. We are group of animal lovers who created a corporation to benefit the pets in our community. Our group operates solely on volunteers and donations. We rescue animals in Arkansas, Lonoke, & Prairie Counties. We foster animals until we are able to find them suitable forever homes.
Grand Prairie Animal Rescue is a group of volunteers residing in Arkansas, Lonoke, & Prairie Counties. Our motto is SPAY & NEUTER your pets! OUR GOAL is to hold each dog or cat until we find their forever home.

Additional adoption info

Our fees depend on our vetting costs. All our animals are vetted shortly after they arrive at our shelter and must be spayed or neutered before leaving the shelter. You have to sign a contract and meet requirements depending on the specific needs of each individual animal. If for some reason you can not keep an animal that you have adopted, we ask that you bring him or her back to us.
