ANML-RESQ Network of Ontario

Welcome to ANML-RESQ

We are a small dedicated group of rescuers ... sound familiar? Well it's the truth and it fits the bill for this group of friends and many other great rescue groups. We used to be called Save Our Animals Rescue and have recently given ourselves a new name and new logo --- pretty nice eh? Most of us work full-time and are raising a family but we spend a whole lot of time and energy helping animals in need.

Mission Statement

ANML-RESQ: The establishment and operation of an animal rescue for the purposes of:

*Encouraging organized animal rescue;
*Encouraging and promoting proper animal training and behaviour techniques;
*Promoting better knowledge and fostering of animals;
*Ensuring testing and behaviour analysis of each animal;
*Ensuring spay/neuter, vetting of all animals in our care;
*Promoting adoption for unwanted dogs and cats;
*Promoting the structured re-homing of rescued animals;
*Promoting the principles of good animal/human relationships; and
*Promoting educational seminars in the community and surrounding areas.

Our goal is to save a dog or cat from being euthanized in a shelter, through no fault of their own - just in the wrong place at the wrong time. If we don't have a foster home available we will work with other reputable organizations to find a place and showcase them on our web site.

We rely solely on donations and fundraisers to spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip our pets prior to adoption. We don't even use funds for gas to transport the pets in our program to their new homes!

We are a non-profit group where you can receive tax receipts for your donations. Please contact us at anmlresq@hotmail.com to find out more.

ANML-RESQ IS 100% VOLUNTEER AND ALL FUNDS ARE
FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ANIMALS ENTRUSTED IN OUR CARE.
