Additional adoption info

You will be required to fill out a preliminary contact info sheet and sign a contract stating that you a re adopting this animal for its well being. Then once all of the appropriate fees and forms have been turned in the animal will be spayed/nuetured be given a complete medical exam and will be check out and be put into the archives of our system. Once leaving you will be given the history of the animal and also the info on how the animal should be cared and vet contact info.
