Submit Application
Fill out our adoption application and drop it off at the clinic or attach it to an email and send it to tpdrescue@gmail.com
2.
Meet the Pet
We will schedule as many meet and greets as needed to ensure a proper match with our rescues, including meeting existing pets in home.
3.
Home Check
In certain circumstances we may ask to schedule a home visit.
4.
Sign Adoption Contract
Before taking your new pet home, we'll have you sign our adoption agreement.
5.
Pay Fee
The adoption fee acts as a donation for care and supplies needed for our rescues and is non-refundable.
6.
Take the Pet Home
We will provide you with copies of vaccinations and microchip information for your new family member before sending them home.
