Rescue FAQs

Georgia Homeless Pets is a private, non-profit, all volunteer no-kill animal rescue for dogs and cats in need. Our mission is to save, care for and place animals into loving homes, promote population control through sterilization and encourage proper veterinary care, all in an effort to eliminate the euthanasia of animals in Georgia’s public shelters.
We serve the metro Atlanta area.

The adoption fee for dogs is $225. This includes their shots up-to-date, spay/neuter, microchipping, deworming, and heartworm test (and treatment if needed).

The adoption fee for cats is $150 and includes their shots up-to-date, spay/neuter, microchipping, deworming, and combo test for Feline AIDS & Leukemia.
