Pet Pride of New York

Pet Pride of New York, Incorporated saves the lives of homeless cats in our community by providing sanctuary, medical care, and placement into loving adoptive homes. We operate a no-kill cat sanctuary and adoption center in Victor, New York which is open to the public. We also have a network of foster homes for our youngest kittens and our expectant and nursing moms. Once a cat is admitted to Pet Pride, he or she stays with us for as long as it takes to find their new, forever home. We never euthanize cats in our care in order to make room for new cats. Our cats receive expert veterinary care, and they enjoy a clean, safe, and stimulating environment while they await adoption. They are free to roam in the sanctuary and take in the fresh air on the catios, and they enjoy playtime and attention from staff, volunteers, and visitors. Pet Pride advances the cause of animal welfare in our community by spaying and neutering all cats in our care and by connecting people with reliable information about responsible cat ownership, cat care and behavior, and other topics relating to the humane treatment of all cats. Pet Pride is a New York State Registered Shelter/Rescue, and we have been a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization since 1977. We rely primarily on charitable contributions from individuals.
