Rescue FAQs

We are FurrEver Pets! We are a group of East Texas animal lovers joined for the sole purpose of saving lives of at risk animals. We do this one paw at a time. We routinely visit local shelters rescuing animals on the kill list. These animals remain in our program until placed in a suitable situation. We provide vet care and spay/neuter pets We place these rescues into loving foster homes. The home provides training and trust for these pets. Teaching the pets that people do care. Fosters learn the personalities of each animal and choose the time they feel the animal is ready for adoption. We need and want your help. We are always looking for foster, people willing to take these lost babies into their homes. Our operations depend on donations. we can use any kind of animal food or products and help with veterinary bills. Contributions make it possible for us to have all of our pets fully vaccinated. We also provide vet care for many and spay or neuter all age appropriate pets. All pets too young to alter will come with a voucher to cover a regular spay or neuter at our vet. If you would like to help FurrEver Pets, we are always looking for foster homes. We appreciate all donations of wormers, vaccinations (such as feline 7n1 & canine 5n1), collars, leashes, cat litter & litter boxes, bleach for cleaning, blankets, wire cages, display blankets for cages, pet treats (cat/dog) & pet food. All contributions and donations are very appreciated. If you would like to contact us at anytime please do so at furreverpets@gmail.com. You can also call or text our Program Director Val at 903-563-1226

We serve the greater Longview/Tyler area. We advertise adoptable pets and welcome the pets to our adoption days to find their forever home. We currently have adoptions every Saturday at Petland in Tyler and a few other locations when available.
